A new set of regulations have been introduced in the written examinations conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) for the recruitment of various vacant posts in the different departments/industries of the Tamil Nadu State Government.
As per this new rules & examination in Tamil has been made mandatory. The candidates MUST score a minimum of 40 marks.
Further, TNPSC has informed that the applications for writing the examinations MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAN NUMBER ONLY (Permanent Account Number – Income Tax).
The timings for the examinations are also changed. Examinations, which used to commence at 10.00 AM, will now commence at 9.30 AM.
As such, the Group-2A examination will be conducted from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM.
